Notice Perception DC 20 (to hear crescendoing whispers)
hp 16; Trigger proximity; Reset 1 day
|When this haunt is triggered, all within the affected area discern a faint, feathery whispering. As the whispers crescendo, all intruders are subject to the maddening disorientation of an insanity spell (save DC 20). The condition is permanent, but can be cured normally.|
|Holy smite cast in the area permanently destroys this raving haunt.|
