Bia, is the personification of force and raw energy, daughter of Pallas and Styx, and sister of NikeCratos, and Zelus.

She and her siblings are constant companions of Zeus. They achieved this honour after supporting Zeus in the war of the Titans along with their mother.

Bia’s natural weapons, as well as any weapons she wields, are treated as good-aligned and epic for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Bow of Judgment (Su): Bia may infuse any arrow fired from her bow into a powerful arrow of slaying, with a DC of 36 to resist death. The save DC is Charisma based.

Censure Fiend (Su): 7/day, Bia can censure fiends. Any evil outsider within 70 feet must succeed on a Will save (DC 36) or be censured. Fiends with less than 30 HD are stunned for 1 round and suffer dismissal if they fail a second Will save. Fiends with 30 HD or greater are merely stunned for 1 round.

Dispelling gaze (Su): Bia may dispel magic with her gaze, at a range of 70 feet. This functions as the targeted version of dispel magic, but is a free action for him to use. Nemamiah has a +30 bonus on her dispel check. Nemamiah may target one creature per round with this ability.

Fiendslaying (Ex): Bia's attack bonus against evil outsiders is as follows: greatsword +62 melee (13d6 + 31 plus 3d6 holy and 1 negative level /17-20/x3) or bow of judgment +53 ranged (12d6 + 19 /×3 plus slaying) or slam +49 melee (2d8 + 6d6 + 14) and 2 wings +44 melee (1d10 + 6d6 + 7).

Bia's skill check bonus against evil outsiders is as follows: Intimidate +50, Listen +48, Sense Motive +48, Spot +48

Lay on Hands (Su): Bia can heal up to 330 hit points per day.

Smite Evil: 4/day, Bia can smite evil with +11 to attack and dealing an additional 30 points of damage.

Spell-Like Abilities: Always active -deathward, detect evil, detect magic, detect snares and pits, discern lies, holy aura (DC 29), mind blank, read and comprehend language, see invisibility, tongues, true seeing;

at will— aid, animate objects, commune, continual flame, dimensional anchor, greater dispel magic, greater teleport, holy smite (DC 25), imprisonment (DC 30), invisibility (self only), lesser restoration, polymorph (self only), remove curse, remove disease, remove fear, resist energy, summon monster VII, speak with dead, waves of fatigue;

3/day—blade barrier (DC 27), earthquake (DC 29), heal, mass charm monster (DC 29), permanency, resurrection, waves of exhaustion;

Spells: Bia cast spells as a cleric with the Air, Destruction, Good and War domains. All spells have a +4 bonus on caster level checks to penetrate Spell Resistance and the DC when cast against evil outsiders.

Cleric spells per day: 15/8/7/7/7/7/6/6/6/6 (Caster level 28th, DC 19 + spell level)

Paladin spells per day: 11/9/9/8 (Caster level 15th, DC 19 + spell level)

Turn undead: 14/day, Bia can turn undead as a 28th level cleric.

Aura of Holiness (Su): Bia can extend this protective aura out to a 70 foot radius, or withdraw it to a range of personal. It functions as both a protection from evil and globe of invulnerability, but grants a +7 sacred bonus to armor class and a +7 sacred bonus to saves against attacks made by evil creatures. Creatures within the aura are also immune to all mind-affecting effects created by evil outsiders.

Regeneration (Ex): Bia takes normal damage from epic evil-aligned weapons, and from spells or effects with the evil descriptor.

Possessions: Bia wields a +6 fiend-dread cold iron greatsword of holy power in combat. Her solar bow is a +5 holy composite longbow. His quivers are stocked with +1 chaotic devil-bane silver arrows and +1 lawful demon-bane cold iron arrows.

Bia's bow is uniquely enchanted. When any creature of the angel type draws it, they find that its Strength bonus matches their own. When a creature not of the angel type draws it, they find that it has a Strength bonus of +14. For every point which the Strength bonus of the bow exceeds the wielder's, the wielder takes a -1 penalty to all attack and damage rolls with the bow.

Nemamiah also wears +10 bracers of armor and a ring of protection +7
